This service allows you to communicate directly with our Engineers in order to discuss a particular problem and will help you decide whether a visit is required or not.

What will a visit cost?
We will confirm the charge for the visit at the time of scheduling.
As a guide, our
standard call out starts at £49+VAT which includes a diagnosis of the machine problem.
For customers who require an urgent visit, there is an upgrade option to Priority Schedule your visit. Priority scheduling is charged at £99+VAT and if you would like to take advantage of this service them just ask!
Some locations may be also be subject to additional charges resulting from toll roads or parking fees. If you are worried about whether these charges would apply to you, then just mention it when booking and we will confirm whether these will apply.
