Choosing the right machine
To help you choose the right machine to match your workout requirements, we have allocated our machines into 3 broad useage categories;
"Entry Level" for robust machines typical use 30-40 minutes/session, 3 times/week, 1-2 users.
"Training Level" for stronger machines typical use 40-50 minutes/session, 4-5 times/week, 1-2 users
"Competition Level" for heavy-duty machines, daily use up to 1 hour/session, 2-3 users
