Northwick gains OEM Recognition
 
 
 
In August 2009, Northwick became the recognised authorised service agent for a number of leading fitness brands, allowing us to provide you with technical support to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards for a wide range of machines including treadmills, ellipticals, multigyms and excerise bikes.
   
The brands will be familiar if you have previously purchased a fitness product and it means that Northwick are now able to offer you technical support for your product throughout it's entire lifetime!
 
For example, if your machine is new and under warranty you simply call the manufacturer and they will take care of the rest and contact us on your behalf. Similarly, if you have an extended warranty, just call your insurer and they will make the arrangements with us. If your machine is no longer covered by a warranty, then you should call us directly on 01386 555630 and speak to one of our Engineers. In the unlikely event
of a machine failure...
 
 
If you are unlucky enough to experience a machine problem, then you should do the following:-
 
1. If the machine is covered under
warranty then you should first contact the seller, manufacturer or insurer to log the problem with them and confirm the details of the extent of your cover. They will then contact us on your behalf by raising a service request. Upon receipt, we will contact you and arrange for a repair.
 
2. If the machine is out of warranty, then you should contact us directly on 01386 555630. We will discuss the problem with you and help you to decide on the most appropriate course of action. For a guide to our service options and pricing, click here
 
3. With your agreement, we will arrange for the repair and liaise with the OEM to source parts as required on your behalf.
