Each month we hold free-of-charge drop-in clinics at our workshop in Pershore, Worcestershire. You can either bring your machine in on the day or drop it off beforehand and one of our Engineers will look at it for you for free!

To use the clinic, call our office on 01386 555630 to arrange a convenient appointment or drop-off time and then simply bring your machine, unload it and let us take care of the rest!
At the clinic our Engineer will diagnose the machine problem and quote you a fixed price for the repair. If possible the repair will be completed on the day, but if not then you can leave your machine with us and we will make arrangements for your machine to be repaired and call you when it is ready to collect.
If you decide not to proceed with a repair, then you can either take your machine away or we will recycle it for you.
