SOLUTION: Orbitform utilized a programmable height sensing pressure pad to reduce changeover when using a standard hard stop.

KEY TO SUCCESS: Integration of Watchdawg controls into a flexible workcell that can be configurated for up to 10 fixtures. Each fixture has indepedently adjustable form setup and limits.

CHALLENGE: Locate and secure two wire return springs onto brake pad backer plate, with an angle tolerance of two degrees, and meet pull off and toque test requirements.
KEY TO SUCCESS: Orbitform designed and built a custom fixture providing precise radial location of the spring while still being easy to hand load.
