How it works in 3 simple steps:-

Step 1 - Talk to us:

Call us on 01386 555 630 for a chat about your problem - sometimes problems can be solved over the telephone!

Step 2 - Call Out:

Arrange a visit with our Engineer. The visit will include a machine check-up and root cause analysis. This costs from £49 plus VAT and will help you to decide whether to go ahead with a repair (also....read below on how to save money on the call out!).

Step 3 - Repair:

Relax while we take care of your problem. The repair itself will be charged extra to the call out charge. Repair costs can vary depending upon the nature of the problem and the cause. Our Engineer will be able to advise the cost before the machine is repaired to help you make the right choice about your machine. He will also be able to tell you about the cause of the problem in case there is something you can do to help prevent the problem re-occuring.

What does it cost?

Our standard call out starts at £49+VAT which includes a diagnosis of the machine problem. We will arrange for an Engineer to visit at the earliest convenient date.

We organise call outs into geographical areas and a visit will typically be scheduled within 7-10 days subject to your availability.

For customers who require an urgent visit, there is an upgrade option available to get you to the front of the queue! When booking a call out simply ask for a priority callout (£99+VAT).

Certain locations may be also be subject to additional charges resulting from toll roads or parking fees. If you are worried about whether these charges would apply to you, then just mention it when booking.

What areas do you cover?

We cover most of England and Wales. The price of £49+VAT applies to an area of about 100-120 miles radius of Pershore WR10 2JN. Outside of this area the prices vary to reflect our travel costs. What if the repair cost is over my budget?

If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, then all you pay is the call out charge of £49+VAT.

What if new parts are needed?

No problem! We take care of all the details for you, including ordering of parts and arranging a time to return and fit them.

What if the problem is not solved ?

We will look after you and arrange for our Engineer to return, free of charge, if the problem is not solved.

What is your hourly charge?

There are no hidden charges and no hourly rates to worry about. What we quote you is what you pay.

What if the problem can't be fixed?

All faults can be fixed but in some cases, it is simply not cost effective to repair a machine. If we feel that you could be throwing good money after bad by having the machine repaired, then we will tell you and explain why.

If you decide that your machine is beyond economic repair, our Engineer will be able to help you find a suitable repalcement machine to suit your work out routine and budget.

Can you take my old machine away?

In most cases, we are able to remove your old machine if it is beyond economic repair. We charge a minimum fee of £35+VAT to cover our costs in dismantling and recycling your

A service visit will ensure you comply with these rules and could save you hundreds of pounds.

The most common faults tend to be caused by incorrect setting, incorrect use and poor maintenance. Repairs can often run to several hundred pounds!

From £99 plus VAT our Engineer will visit your premises and service your machine including the following:-

1. Full machine inspection

2. Check settings and functions

3. Clean down & vacuum

4. Lubricate pulleys & bearings

5. Check pivots for wear

6. Belt/cable realignment & retension

7. Safety system check

8. Fit for purpose assessment

9. Electrical inspection (where applicable)

10. Frame inspection

This will help ensure that your machine is always set up correctly, suitable for use, and ready-to-roll.

An individual machine service is £99+VAT per machine, however, we also offer tailored packages for customers with multiple machines including 2 to 5 machines for £199+VAT and more than 5 machines from £399+VAT (also read below about our Maintenance Contracts). We are able to offer bespoke support for customers who require a little extra care. These services include (but are not limited to):-
